essential skills Mike 27-Sep-2016
I just finished my studies in the Interior Heavy Equipment Operator School (IHE School). I’m getting ready for a couple of interviews and I’d like to know what skills are the most essential to be a successful as a heavy equipment operator? Like which skills do you look for when hiring someone for that position?

Gord:
My goal for 2016 is I have 1A drivers licence and I would like to learn to run a cat and dozer. I have operated a loader at feedlot. I was raised on a farm and farmed for 30 years and ran different equipment, raised cattle and grew a lot of hay and sold some. Quit farming but too young to quit
