Human resource managers must have good personal skills and a highly efficient nature. They are responsible for supervising a variety of tasks that relate to the HR department of a company. Some of the roles of an HR manager include setting policies, overseeing the hiring process, as well as handling complaints from employees.
Depending on the size of a company, a HR manager may delegate some of the tasks to a dedicated human resources team.
