One of the most important roles in banking is that of the bank manager. This person plays a key role in determining the success of the branch they are responsible for. They are responsible for the hiring and dismissal of staff members, as well as their disciplining and counselling. The daily tasks of the job holder include management of staff members and overseeing operations and sales.
